Chen Wenjun,Vice President of Business Development 

He received his MS degree in Optical Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China. He worked as an NPI engineer at Fiberxon and was a Sales and Marketing Director at Mellanox before he joined Broadex Technologies in 2018. He currently also serves as BD VP and GM of Active Product Division at Broadex.

Duan Yipeng,Chief Operating Officer 

He received his BS degree in CommunicationsEngineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University, China. He worked as an engineer at FOXCONN and was a project manager at Shanghai FOCI before he joined Broadex Technologies in 2004. He currently also serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Broadex.

Huang Junming,Vice President of Sales and Marketing 

He received his BS degree in Optoelectronics Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China. He was a manager of Technical and Quality group at Jiangsu Allray Optical Communications Co before he joined Broadex Technologies in 2004.

Zheng Zhixin, Secretary of the Board and CFO 

He received his MS degree in Management Science and Engineering at Zhejiang University, China. He was a manager in the Investment Group of EASTCOM before he joined Broadex Technologies in 2008.

Ding Yong, Executive Vice President and CTO 

He received his MS degree in Material Science and Engineering from Zhejiang University, China, and his Ph.D. degree in Optical Materials from Shanghai Institute of Optical Precision Machinery, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He was an Assistant Professor at Okayama University, Japan, and an Assistant Research Professor at the Center for Optics in the University of Arizona, USA. He worked at Intel and JDSU as a principal engineer before he returned to China and co-founded Broadex Technologies in 2003.

Zhu Wei, Chairman of the Board and CEO 

He received his MS degree in Material Science and Engineering from Zhejiang University, China, and his Ph. D. degree in Solid State Science from Pennsylvania State University, USA. He was a visiting assistant professor at North Carolina State University, USA, between 1990-1993 before he joined AT&T Bell Lab (later Lucent Technologies Bell Lab). He co-founded Broadex Technologies in 2003.
